If you decide to proceed with our services, we will start working on your retrospective planning application immediately. Please send us as much background information as possible. We will use it to prepare a comprehensive package of supporting information.
Third step
We fully understand the time pressures involved and aim to have a complete draft in seven working days. This will include a full set of planning drawings and a planning report with the applicable planning policy, similar cases approved and case law applicable, together with an in-depth discussion explaining why the application should be approved. If we need specialist reports, RPE will secure third-party quotes.
