Supporting info

We get to work

We fully understand the time pressures involved and aim to have a complete draft in seven working days. This will include a full set of planning drawings and a planning report with the applicable planning policy, similar cases approved and case law applicable, together with an in-depth discussion explaining why the application should be approved. If we need specialist reports, RPE will secure third-party quotes.

Sign off and submission

Once you sign off on the documentation and drawings, we prepare and submit your retrospective planning application on the planning portal. We remain on a retainer, handling any issues until the application is approved.
